- 2 A health and benefits questionnaire is completed using Redgate’s proprietary software tool – Portfolio Benefit Manager (PBM).
- 3 RedGate provides healthcare and benefit analysis and opportunity assessment to the financial sponsor.
- 4 Redgate and the Financial sponsor collaborate on a strategy and timetable for achieving H & B Optimization.
- 5 Redgate in partnership with Portfolio company and financial sponsor execute strategy and deliver stewardship reporting to measure results.
